Green Features

  • The apartments are being built on previously developed land to prevent urban sprawl. The previous concrete structure was crushed and the concrete rubble is being used in the new construction to limit the amount of waste going to landfills.

  • All rain & irrigation water from the site will be either reused for irrigating plants or will be filtered before entering the City storm water system.
